Dr. Detroit
About: I have worked as a dance host on several lines several times most notably HAL and Cunnard. I have played as a single and as part of a duo aboard the Norwegian Sun for 9 weeks up in Alaska in 2009, July. I started out doing the oldies from the ’60s. The folks on the cruise lines go crazy for that material. Being a trumpet player originally and part of a 12-piece group I did all the old Motown stuff for my single act complete with horns and strings.
